U.K Timescales 

Last ordering date for U.K. dates for IN Stock items will be…

13.00 on 17th Dec for free postage options

12.00 on 21st Dec for DHL Express, signatures will be required so please ensure someone is at the delivery address. 

11.30 on 22nd Dec for local deliveries. 

Special Order items will still need to have a minimum of 2 weeks added to the dispatch dates  

We will still being dispatching orders placed after these dates but cannot guarantee a pre Christmas delivery.

Due to our 2 main suppliers closing on the 23rd Dec until the 4th Jan we will also be taking a break and closing for the Xmas & New Year period and reopen on the 4th.

03/12/21 Update - DHL have informed us they won’t be guaranteeing a 24hr delivery service this month due to the increased amount of deliveries and a shortage of driver. Our Royal Mail collection driver has said they are suffering similar working conditions. 

European Timescales

Due to the rising covid cases and lockdowns across Europe the delivery times are being increased by the postal services and they are unable to give accurate expected delivery dates. All dhl globalmail gets collected from us here in the U.K and driven to the German distribution centre where it then distributed around the world. 

To guarantee a Xmas delivery we strongly advise you to choose the DHL Express option which is the fully tracked courier service. This service starts clearing customs electronically as soon as the parcel is collected and speeds up the delivery time.

USA & Canada

The same dates as Europe will apply to you, we know that DHL can usually deliver to the USA in 2-3 days but with the new travel restrictions put in place this could lead to longer delivery times.

Rest of World
